Information we collect
When a property requests a pilot or a resident books a clean, we collect the details needed to set up and deliver the service — such as a contact name, email, phone, community, and booking preferences. Payment is handled by a secure processor; we do not store card numbers.
How we use information
We use the information to schedule and deliver cleans, take payment, provide support and service recovery, and report to the community. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing with cleaners
Assigned cleaners receive only the access information a job requires, revealed just in time. Cleaners do not receive payment details or unrelated resident information.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small set of cookies to understand site traffic. You can accept or decline non-essential analytics from the cookie banner.
Your choices
